When ordering online from this website please be aware of the variety of dates and times that differ by states. If you require a product earlier than what is depicted online, please contact your local store directly to check their availability. Whether an order is capable of being collected in less than 6 days will be at the sole discretion of the participating Michel’s store. You can find your local store here.
Your order will be prepared and delivered to the nominated Michel’s store. The nominated store is not able to be changed once an order is made. Delivery is available at participating stores only. Orders must be picked up during store opening hours. Opening times vary from store to store; please check your local store opening hours here.

Michel’s collects personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product requested by the customer. Only the freshest and finest ingredients are used in our recipes. However, if you are not genuinely satisfied with the quality of the product return it to the place of collection within 2 days of collection for a full refund or replacement.
Changes and Cancellation
Please make every endeavour to ensure that the product type, pick up date and nominated store are correct before you place your order. Once you have confirmed and paid for your order no changes are permitted. The order will be charged to your account and delivered to the nominated Michel’s outlet as ordered.
Michel’s Vouchers
You cannot redeem Free Vouchers or Gift Vouchers ordering a product on-line at www.michels.com.au. Vouchers can only be redeemed when purchasing products at a Michel’s store.
On-line Ordering
Michel’s agrees to execute all orders in accordance with their terms but reserves the right to reject any order in its absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Michel’s is entitled to assume that any order which is placed with Michel’s via on-line ordering and is accepted by Michel’s is a valid order.
You acknowledge that:
